Job Summary

 

The Receptionist supports the entire firm through scheduling, document processing, onboarding coordination, and seasonal tax support, while maintaining an organized, professional, and friendly office environment. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, enjoys client interaction, and takes pride in keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, creating a friendly and professional first impression
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and inquiries
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Keep the reception area and common spaces organized and presentable
  • Manage shared calendars, meeting spaces, and basic scheduling needs
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and administrative paperwork
  • Support document handling, filing, scanning, and recordkeeping
  • Help with tax-season client document check-in and delivery
  • Monitor shared email inboxes and route requests appropriately
  • Provide general administrative support to staff and teams across the firm

Qualifications

 

  • High school or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
  • High level of comfort with technology
  • Ability to adapt as priorities shift

Senior Tax Associate

Responsibilities

 

  • May assist managers with training and teaching in the department
  • Prepare multiple entity type tax returns efficiently
  • Shares and transfers knowledge within the team
  • Communication with partners, managers, and clients throughout the engagement process
  • Cross train to review and manage tax work and relationships
  • Run tax projections to help advise clients
  • Delegate your tax work as appropriate
  • Provide proactive approach to advisory tax services, less focus on the once-a-year tax return client
  • Develop and help clients deploy annual tax strategies

Job Summary

 

We’re looking for a Staff Accountant to support our accounting operations and growing Client Accounting Services team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience who enjoys hands-on work and wants to continue building a strong accounting foundation.

We’re looking for someone comfortable with day-to-day accounting tasks such as bank reconciliations, journal entries, and basic financial statement support. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.

You’ll work closely with our accounting team to support client accounts, assist with month-end processes, and ensure accurate and timely financial records.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Record and maintain journal entries
  • Assist with month-end close activities
  • Support the preparation and drafting of financial statements
  • Maintain accurate general ledger records
  • Work within QuickBooks Online (QBO) and other accounting systems
  • Assist with data cleanup, account reviews, and documentation as needed
  • Collaborate and assist team members with various accounting related tasks
