Need your construction license renewed? The online renewal process adds convenience, but there are a few things you need to know before getting started.

 

Before completing your LLR renewal online. You must submit one of these documents:

 

  • Financial Statement
    Be sure that it includes a balance sheet date within 12 months of the date renewals began. Find the form here.
  • Surety Bond
    Surety bonds may be more costly and time consuming than obtaining financial statements reviewed by an independent firm such as Veris CPA. We recommend you contact your insurance company to learn more. For more information, reference the LLR site for Surety Bonds.

SC Residential Builders License Renewal

The Residential Builders Commission licenses/registers those individuals who are qualified by experience to perform residential building, residential specialty contracting, and home inspecting on residential buildings or structures.
